This high intensity two day event focuses on deploying, integrating, and using Google Apps for Education (and other Google Tools) to promote student learning in K-12 and higher education.

The program features Google Certified Teachers, Google Apps for Education Certified Trainers, practicing administrators, solution providers, Google engineers, and representatives from the Google education teams.

Google Docs: Transforming your Approach to Teaching

Using Google Docs will change how you plan and instruct in the classroom. Your students will be more engaged and motivated to reach their academic potential. Learn how to collaborate with students and colleagues through the use of this google app. Documents can be used during Literature Circles, science activities, and for homework assignments. Participants will also see many examples of the communication that takes places as documents are shared with others. Additionally examples of shared docs between colleagues will be presented. Educators will leave inspired by ideas and examples of effective, powerful Google Docs to use in the school setting! *Note: Examples shared will be from the elementary classroom environment, but can be applied to other levels.
