"Beth Mossholder is currently K-8 Technology teacher in Parker, Colorado. For the last 6 years, She has been a Technology and MAPs coordinator for her school. During this time, she has successfully implemented Google Apps with her staff and students. She is also working on 1:1 Chromebooks in grades 5-8, and in the 2nd year of a 1:1 Nexus 7 program with a 2nd grade class. She delivers professional development to her school, and other conferences.
Before becoming “The Geeky Teacher” for her school, she was an elementary teacher with big ideas. Beth has been working in education and encouraging technology use for over 14 years. She has also done an international Teaching internship in Wallerawang, Australia working with years 3 and 4; and observing the educational structure of the New South Wales. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an Emphasis in English from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master’s Certificate in Instructional Technology from Regis University. She became a Google Certified Teacher in Sydney, Australia in 2011, and is also a Google Apps qualified individual. "
