We invite you to join us for the second annual Google in Education Rocky Mountain Summit to be held at Monarch High School in the Boulder Valley School District on August 13 & 14, 2013. This high intensity two day event focuses on deploying, integrating, and using Google Apps for Education (and other Google Tools) to promote student learning in K-12 and higher education.

The program features Google Certified Teachers, Google Apps for Education Certified Trainers, practicing administrators, solution providers, Google engineers, and representatives from the Google education teams.

Megan Schumacher

Megan Schumacher is a third grade teacher at Superior Elementary School in Boulder, CO. She has her masters in Instructional Technology with a K-12 focus from University of Colorado at Denver, and received her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the State University of New York, College at Buffalo. She is an educational technology leader in her school, and has done trainings as a Google Ninja for Boulder Valley School District. Megan grew up on Grand Island, New York, just outside Buffalo. She now lives in Superior, CO with her husband Eric, two cats, Monkey and Bubba, and a chinchilla named Charlie, who spends most of the year in her classroom. She is passionate about bringing technology into her classroom to motivate, engage, and inspire her students; and strives to learn and grow, while sharing her excitement and experiences with other teachers and colleagues.
